No Returns on Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digitally delivered license keys. As these are intangible goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered via email.

 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• You receive a license key that is invalid or non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

• You accidentally made multiple purchases of the same product (subject to verification).

• The product delivered is not what you ordered, and you notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

In all other cases, refunds will not be issued, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incompatibility with your device due to system requirements

• Failure to read product descriptions or installation instructions

• Attempted activation after the license has expired or been used improperly

 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@marcus.getursheild.com within 48 hours of purchase. Include the following details:

• Order ID

• Product name

• Reason for refund

• Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Our support team will investigate and respond within 1–2 business days.

 Important Notes

• Refunds are not automatic and are subject to approval after verification.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Misuse or fraudulent claims will result in account suspension and disqualification from future purchases.
